No one is afraid of the little ghost Laban. Because what a cutie the little ghost Laban is! Laban lives with Daddy Ghost, Mummy Ghost and little sister Labolina Ghost in Good Morning Sun Castle, where the king, queen and little prince Basboos all love to be scared. No one is afraid of Laban, even though he himself is often afraid, especially in the dark.
During the short episodes of the film, the little ghost Laban fortunately becomes a lot more spooky and in the end even scares a friend of the queen who says she doesn't believe in ghosts.
A delightful reversal of the coming-of-age theme in the neat Swedish children's film tradition, based on the children's book of the same name by Inger and Lasse Sandberg, who wrote the story in the mid-1960s for their son Nicklas.
