For more than 500 years, carillonneurs have been spreading beautiful music across the rooftops of Flemish cities, from Bach to K3. But what exactly is a carillon? How do you play it? A carillonneur from the Leuven bell and carillon association Campanae Lovanienses will tell you more about this wonderful instrument and teach you the basics on the practice carillon in the Erasmus House.
Can you read music and do you love music? Then this workshop is perfect for you!
Additional information: This is a workshop for children: parents are welcome to listen and follow along, but playing the practice carillon is reserved for the children.
